Science and society
The Science and Society programme of the Ci2A brings together various science outreach and communication activities with the following common objectives:
- To communicate the cutting-edge research done at the centre
- To promote scientific vocation in young people
- To promote scientific literacy among the general public

At a time when science represents a way of changing the economic and social model, scientific literacy should be boosted particularly by those who generate that knowledge. The Ci2A seeks to bring science closer to society by encouraging critical thinking and offering new educational resources to students and teaching staff.
Activities are organised and coordinated by the Department of Communications.
