Equality, diversity and inclusion
The Ci2A aims at providing an inclusive and motivating working environment. It strongly believes that opportunities should be available on a fair and equal basis and without discrimination.

The Gender Balance Committee aims at reaching gender equality across the Institute and establishing working conditions that allow all employees to develop their skills, reach their full potential and achieve their personal and professional goals.
